On every heating call

A carbon-monoxide safety check, included — never billed separately.

Valley furnaces work a short season, so they age slowly — a well-kept one can pass 20 years. The one exception that changes everything is a cracked heat exchanger: a real CO risk and a genuine replace-now situation. We show you the evidence with your own eyes before any replacement talk.

Fast Honest Service

The truth about heat pump rebates

Here's the straight answer for 2026: the federal heat-pump tax credit ended for installations after December 2025, and California's big rebate programs (TECH Clean California, HEEHRA) are fully reserved. If an ad promises you thousands in rebates, ask which program — then ask again. We check what's genuinely available the week of your estimate, and we quote the system on its own economics, not vapor discounts.

Ask about financing at your estimate

Real numbers for your actual system — not a teaser rate on a banner.

Safety-first visit

How it goes

  1. 1

    In-home estimate

The $75 visit is credited toward your new system. Load calculation plus a straight talk about whether a heat pump, furnace, or hybrid fits your house and your bills.

  2. 2

    Incentive check

We check what's actually fundable when we quote your job and file the paperwork we can. Fair warning: most 2026 programs are paused or fully reserved — anyone promising big rebates is quoting stale numbers.

  3. 3

    Install, permit, HERS

One to two days. Permitted, independently duct-tested, inspection-ready.

Questions we hear a lot

Will a heat pump keep up on 40° valley mornings?

Yes — modern inverter heat pumps hold full capacity well below anything the Temecula Valley sees. The old 'heat pumps don't work in cold' rule died a technology generation ago.

Why did the federal tax credit for heat pumps expire?

The federal 25C tax credit was eliminated for any system installed after December 31, 2025, under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act — it isn't available for 2026 installs, whatever an ad might imply. We'll walk you through exactly what remains (mostly nothing at the federal level right now) at your estimate.

Is the SCE heat pump rebate still available?

SCE's residential heat pump rebate is delivered through the TECH Clean California program, which is fully reserved as of late 2025 — so no, not right now. We check what's genuinely fundable at quote time rather than quoting a program that's already out of money.

No heat? We fix it — carbon-monoxide check included.
