How often should HVAC be serviced?
Twice a year is the standard: the cooling side checked in spring before summer, the heating side in fall before winter. In the Temecula Valley the AC does the heavy lifting, so the spring visit matters most — but a fall heating check is what keeps a furnace safe, not just working.
