What we collect, and what we do with it.
We collect what we need to call you back and to know whether our advertising works — and nothing else. No selling, no renting, no mailing lists. Here's the itemized version, in plain English.
What we collect
The whole list — nothing hidden
- Name
- So we know who to ask for when we call back.
- Phone number
- So we can call you back — that's the whole point of the form.
- ZIP code
- So we can tell you fast whether you're in our service area.
- Call & email records
- Normal business notes on the conversation, like any shop keeps.
- Site analytics events
- Page views, phone-number taps, and form submits — to see if our ads work.
- Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc)
- May be set in your browser as part of that ad measurement.
What we never do
Four hard nevers
- Never sold to anyone.
- Never rented to anyone.
- Never added to a mailing list.
- Never collect financial, health, or government-ID info.
The only place a scrambled version of your data leaves our inbox is ad measurement — spelled out in the ledger below.
Where it goes
Follow the data, line by line
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure whether our ads work. When you submit the form, a hashed (scrambled, one-way) version of your phone number may be sent to Meta so the ad platform can count the lead. That's the whole trail:
You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings or through Meta's own ad preferences. Meta's cookies (_fbp, _fbc) may be set in your browser as part of this.
Want your info deleted?
Call and ask — we'll pull your name and number out of our records, no questions asked. California residents have the right to know and the right to delete under the CCPA; the same phone number handles those requests.
