This site is run by Rizzo HVAC Inc, the Murrieta heating and air company behind Rizzo Heating & Air Conditioning. These terms cover using the site and asking us for a quote — that's it. Short, and in words you'd actually say.
Who runs this site
A licensed contractor, with a number you can check
rizzohvac.com is operated by Rizzo HVAC Inc, doing business as Rizzo Heating & Air Conditioning, at 30802 Wealth St, Murrieta, CA 92563. We hold CSLB #349958 · C-20 Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning, and you can look that licence up yourself on the CSLB's site. We work in Southwest Riverside County & the Temecula Valley; if you're outside it, we'll tell you straight rather than send a truck.
Using this site, or sending us a request through it, means you're OK with what's on this page. If you're not, the fix is simple — don't send the form, and give us a call at (951) 672-0397 instead.
Quotes & estimates
A quote is a quote until it's signed
Nothing on this site — and nothing in an ad that brought you here — is a binding offer. Any number we give you is an estimate based on what we know before we've seen your system, and it becomes a job only when there's a written agreement both sides have signed.
What a quote is
- An estimate
- Our best read of the job based on what we know at the time.
- Subject to inspection
- Prices in our ads or on this site assume a normal job. What we find at your house can change it.
- Written before work starts
- You get the number in writing before anyone picks up a tool.
- Yours to decline
- A quote puts you under no obligation to have the work done.
What a quote isn't
- Not a binding contract until it's signed.
- Not a guaranteed final price sight-unseen.
- Not a promise of a specific appointment time.
- Not a financing or credit offer of any kind.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install come from the manufacturer, on their terms — we'll hand you the paperwork so you can read it for yourself.
Calling you back
Your number is permission to use it
When you give us your phone number — on this site, or on one of our Facebook or Instagram forms — you're agreeing that we can contact you by phone, text, and email about the request you sent. That's the whole point of the form: someone here calls you back.
It's about your request, not a marketing list. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply to any texts. Want us to stop? Say so on the call, reply STOP to a text, or ring (951) 672-0397 and we'll take you out of our records.

Using the site
The text, photos, and logos here are ours — please don't copy them for another company's site. Don't use the forms to send junk, and don't try to break or scrape the site. We keep the site up as best we can, but we can't promise it's always available or always current.
What we're responsible for
We stand behind the work we do under a signed agreement. What we can't take on is loss that comes from relying on general information on this site — an article isn't a diagnosis of your system. Nothing here limits anything California law says a licensed contractor owes you.
If these change
We may update this page as the business or the site changes. When we do, the effective date at the top changes with it, and the new version applies from the day it's posted. Questions about any of it: call, or email mike@rizzohvac.com.
