Ductless Mini-Split Installation in the Temecula Valley

Zoned comfort for the rooms your ducts never reached.

No ducts means no duct losses — which eat 20–30% of a central system's output. Mini-splits fit the valley's garage gyms, casitas, and additions, and handle zoning where duct runs don't make sense.

When the valley hits 105°

We aim to get there today — and most times we do.

In peak summer a broken AC isn't an inconvenience, it's an emergency. Our trucks carry the most common parts, so the failures that strand people — capacitors, contactors, condensate clogs — usually get fixed on the first visit.

Is a mini-split worth it for one room?

If you're conditioning a garage gym, casita, or an addition the main system never reached — yes, and it's not close. A right-sized single-zone unit costs a fraction of extending ductwork and is cheap to run — there are no duct losses to pay for. If the whole house struggles, that's a different conversation; we'll tell you which one you're in.

How it goes

  1. 1

    Site look

The $75 visit is credited toward your install: where the head mounts, where the line set runs, where the condenser sits — a 20-minute walkthrough settles it.

  2. 2

    Written quote

Equipment, line set, electrical, permit — one written number per option.

  3. 3

    Install

We aim to finish a single-zone install in a day — the goal is a room that works that evening.

Questions we hear a lot

Do mini-splits use a lot of electricity?

No — they're among the most efficient HVAC options available, with no duct losses (which can eat 20–30% of a central system's output).

What does a blinking light on my mini-split mean?

Each brand uses its own blink pattern as an error code — usually pointing to airflow, drainage, or refrigerant issues rather than a full failure. Count the blinks and check your manual's code list before assuming the worst; most blinking-light calls turn out to be a clogged drain line, a same-visit fix.

What if my mini-split shows an error code but the light isn't blinking?

Digital error codes point to the same usual suspects as blink patterns — refrigerant level, a drainage clog, or a sensor fault — just spelled out instead of counted. A low-refrigerant fault usually means a leak, which needs a real diagnosis, not just a recharge. We read the code, find the actual cause, and quote the fix in writing before touching the system.
