We confirm the replacement suits your system. Single-stage, multi-stage, and heat pump wire differently; the wrong match causes comfort and short-cycling problems.

Old unit removed, wiring inspected and corrected if dated or unsafe, new thermostat mounted and wired.

We run heating and cooling, confirm it reads and switches correctly, and set the program to your routine before we go.
Should I replace my old dial or mercury thermostat?
Yes. Older dial and mercury units drift out of calibration and make the system run longer than it should. Mercury also needs proper disposal. A modern programmable replacement fixes accuracy without wifi.
Do I have to get a smart thermostat, or can I keep it simple?
Keep it simple if you want. We install plenty of standard programmable thermostats. Scheduling and phone control later are on our smart thermostat page — no requirement to go that route.
Can you fix the wiring when you replace my thermostat?
Yes. Dated or incorrect wall wiring is common in older valley homes, and we correct it as part of the swap. A mismatch causes short-cycling and comfort problems, so we check it against your system before mounting.
